Some people find the effect of our sheets to be too strong, so we have developed a smart little strength reducer that reduces the electron flow from the earth to your sheet or other product.
It is connected between the sheet and the ground connection. The male plug goes to your ground connection and you connect your sheet to one of the three wires with female connectors. The other socket is an extra socket if needed for, for example, a pillowcase or two.
The reducer has a variable resistor of 0.1 to 1 MegaOhm where L stands for lowest power (on your sheet) and H stands for highest power. L is 1 MegaOhm resistance and H is 0.1 megaOhm resistance.
Start by turning the knob to L and then change it towards H for about 2 weeks to find the setting that feels best.
