Adapter cord that connects our product cord to other producers ground rods, adapter plugs or North American wall outlets ground port

If you have purchased a ground rod or adapter plug from another manufacturer, you cannot use it directly with our products without using an adapter cord in between. Our adapter cord has a 4 mm female connector where you plug in the cord from your new Earthingpeople product. At the other end there is a 4.7 mm male connector that you connect to your ground rod cord or to the adapter plug. The adapter cord can not be connected directly to a loose ground rod.

All our products have a 10 mm snap button connection and the cables have 4 mm male and female connectors.

All other manufacturers products have small 4 mm snap button and 4.7 mm male and female connectors to fit US and Canadian outlets.

Shipping

We normally ship the goods the same day the order is received. Sometimes it can take longer depending on whether we are at trade fairs, training courses or other events. You will receive a receipt from our website directly to your email when you have ordered. You will also receive a payment confirmation from Shopify when you have paid for the goods. We will send a delivery confirmation with a tracking number when the goods have been shipped.
