Prices

All prices include VAT. Our goal is to keep prices as low as possible but we reserve the right to price increases from suppliers, changing exchange rates and increased shipping costs.

Delivery times

We normally ship the goods the same day the order is received. Sometimes it can take longer depending on whether we are at trade fairs, training courses or other events. You will receive a receipt from our website directly to your email when you have ordered. You will also receive a payment confirmation from PayPal or Stripe when you have paid for the goods. We will send a delivery confirmation with a tracking number when the goods have been shipped.

Shipping

Shipping costs are added to all orders and are based on the weight of the order.

Out of stock

If an item is out of stock, we try to indicate this in the store as quickly as possible.

If you have already ordered and paid for an item that is temporarily out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock.

Guarantee

The Premium v2 and v2+ series (introduced in December 2022) with sheets, pillows and covers have a 3-year full warranty. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper use or improper maintenance.

The Premium v2 fabric is a bit rough by nature at first if you lie directly on it but softens quickly with use and washing. Our first series of Premium sheets (introduced in 2020) have a 5 year warranty. If the Premium sheet has become scratchy or is very itchy, please contact us for a replacement.

Evolution silver sheets have a 2-year warranty. Should you happen to receive a faulty product, please contact us for an exchange. We will reimburse the postage. The warranty does not cover unfulfilled expectations. "Expectations can only create disappointment" goes the old saying.

Complaints

If the delivered item is defective, you should contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for an exchange. We will send you a return shipping label so you can return the defective item.

Returns

If you wish to return an unused item, you must first contact us. We will refund the purchase price minus shipping. This applies within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days from the date of purchase, the item is considered purchased.

Discounts

Offers and discounts are valid from the date they are published on the website. Discounts and offers are not valid retroactively . If you have purchased an item that is offered at a lower price the following day or later, you cannot claim the difference back. Discount codes can be used at one time for a purchase. Previously purchased items are not included in the total when you use a discount code.

Personal information

All personal information you provide to us is for our customer relationship only. We never share or sell any customer information and only save your contact information and what you have purchased from us.

Untriggered packages

For packages that are not redeemed at the post office, the following applies: For packages that are returned without you contacting us first, we reserve the right to charge the costs for handling the unredeemed package. Currently, you are charged 300 SEK.

Unpaid invoices


Payment must be received by us no later than 14 days from the invoice date. The reminder fee for the first reminder is SEK 60, for the second reminder SEK 100. If we have not received payment no later than one week after the second reminder is issued, the matter will be handed over to our partner Svea Ekonomi.
